At Hotmilk Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your nursing and maternity intimates. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn lingerie in its original packaging, ensuring all hygiene stickers and designer tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
